Reception opening times: 8:00 h – 10:00 h and 15:00 h – 19:00 h. In urgent cases you can reach the receptionist colleague by phone: +43 664 456 1345, who will give you the necessary information.

You can buy capsules for the coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) at the reception. Would you consume some mulled wine, punch or something from the small fridge in the lobby, please notify the reception either orally or by the scratch-pad on the top of the fridge.

You can use the keys of your apartment to the front door of the hotel, which is locked between 22:00 h an 8:00 h.

The Bakery Binggl delivers various goods every morning, you can find the catalogue in the lobby. Please notify the reception about orders for the next day until 11:00 h. Should you order some bakery goods from the list attached for the first day of your stay, please send us an email until 8:00 a.m. on your arrival day. For further days you can order in the hotel. If you arrive on Saturday, please send orders for Sunday and Monday.

Wellness is open in the winter saison from 15:00 h to 19:00 h, in the summer season upon request. There are towels in the wellness, bathrobes are available at the reception in three sizes. Please do not reserve the beds in the rest room.

XBOX Controllers and games are available at the reception.

Each apartment has its own section in the ski storage room (see numbers above the section) – please put your equipment in your section.

You can store your bikes in the ski storarge room in the summer.
